As the leader of Process Intelligence, I drove the creation of an enterprise-wide process taxonomy in collaboration with nominated Global Process Owners, ensuring global standardization and alignment across all processes. Our initiatives gained external recognition, culminating in industry awards. We successfully published around 300 processes (50% of the total), each linked to risks, controls, and connected via metadata to procedures. Additionally, we developed an AI-driven engine that analyzes and recommends high-priority areas for transformation, further enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
