Data Intelligence: Turning Governed Data into Insights

As a senior data leader, I successfully led the transformation of a decentralized data management model into a centralized, streamlined operations. Spearheaded the implementation of a robust data ownership model across approximately 20 critical data domains, ensuring enhanced governance and accountability. Achieved significant improvements in data quality for Vendor and Employee master data, with ongoing initiatives in customer data management. These efforts have resulted in optimized data processes and empowered stakeholders with cleaner, more reliable data for strategic decision-making.

  • Data Governance: Using Informatica, team of data analysts manage data quality, create catalogs, and set up clear ownership for data throughout its lifecycle, ensure harmonization between domains.
  • Data Analytics: Power BI helps us turn raw data into insights that guide smart decisions.
  • Data Engineering: Informatica and Airflow manage data pipelines, prepare models in Snowflake, and share them using OneMesh approach.
  • Data Integration: combined data from various sources with tools like Informatica IICS and TIBCO, ensuring smooth data transfers across systems.

Process Intelligence: Driving Efficiency and transparency on enterprise processes

As the leader of Process Intelligence, I drove the creation of an enterprise-wide process taxonomy in collaboration with nominated Global Process Owners, ensuring global standardization and alignment across all processes. Our initiatives gained external recognition, culminating in industry awards. We successfully published around 300 processes (50% of the total), each linked to risks, controls, and connected via metadata to procedures. Additionally, we developed an AI-driven engine that analyzes and recommends high-priority areas for transformation, further enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

  • Process Design: developed global process design framework, implementing now process taxonomy and process assessment, integrated it with process mining, that drives compliance with core model and fuels continuous improvement.
  • Process Mining: I’ve fully implemented P2P, Ci2C, and Contracting CoE processes, and H2R. I’ve scaled process mining to support core products and production lines, including patent journey solutions. Being part of innovation agenda team also combined process mining and process design to drive conformance.

Agile Intelligence: Leading data product creation

By implementation of Idea and Demand management systems we respond quickly to changing business needs, and prioritize high-impact data initiatives.

  • Team of agile coaches drives creation of all data products, ensuring unified way of working with standard processes in Jira and streamlined reporting engine.
