Main areas of responsibility / tasks

  • Drive continuous improvement and maintenance of global process-guideline to ensure compliance according to Henkel's corporate Standards
    This includes alignment meetings with other related process-owners or managers on all levels and with all 3 time zones
  • Responsibility for Operational Principles and exceptions to corporate standard, its documentation and lifecycle.
    The operational principles need to cover all steps of the guideline and should illustrate with examples how to fulfil requirements in daily operations.
    Whereby setup of KPI’s and SLA’s, as well as a regular process-monitoring must ensure fulfilment
  • Develop, implement and promote policies, processes and procedures for IT Process Management in its complete lifecycle on a
    corporate level.
  • Responsibility for process related internal and external audits. This covers as well orchestration of required actions coming out
    of Henkel-internal audits as well as the external audit for year end closing
  • Drive training- and communication plan about IT process for different stakeholders on global scale
  • KPI and SLA reporting to keep management and stakeholders informed about process adherance, risks and risk-mitigation
