Starting in 2022, I joined Gorillas as an Inventory associate, delving into the intricacies of logistics like quality control, inventory management, warehouse organization, and resolving customer concerns. The role demanded agility in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and high-pressure situations. Recognized for my performance, I secured a promotion within six months, despite it being part-time. Since 2023, I've transitioned into a Trainee Supervisor role, where I lead and nurture a team of riders and associates, ensuring they're equipped to excel in their roles. Working closely with the Store and Regional Managers, I oversee process implementation to uphold superior customer satisfaction. Moreover, I spearhead strategic demand planning and maintain inventory accuracy, while meticulously monitoring warehouse KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, and workforce performance to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.
