• Filling the site with goods.
• Creating product cards, formation of correct product name and fill out the characteristics.
• Creating and manage filters on the site.
• Creation of product categories on the site.
• Creating and editing menus on the website.
• Conducting marketing research to study competitors.
• Writing instructions for working with new types of products.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Organization and execution of deliveries.
• Conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers in the interests of the company.
• Preparation of contract documentation, payment documents, supply requests and delivery support.
• Conducting marketing studies to examine offers from suppliers, price levels, market development prospects.
• Control of product availability in retail outlets.
• Analysis of sales and profitability by group.
• Preparing assortment for promotional periods.
• Generating reports for the brand manager (pivot tables, ABC analysis).

Function Responsibilities

• Customs clearance of goods from China, Thailand, Turkey and Europe to FOB, CIF, EXW (translation of import documents, work with brokers and forwarders, control of import document flow).
• Organization and execution of deliveries.
• Negotiating with suppliers, concluding contracts, monitoring orders and deliveries.
• Analytics: processing of import and sales data, ABC analysis for managers.
