I have been self employed since 1994. I did work in England (North Yorkshire) for a shooting sport company. In 1994 I started importing game to Germany and sol it to restaurants in 1995 I added venison and in 1996 meat , beef and poultry, so I was able to deliver the whole meat range to restaurants. Since then we delivered for nearly30 years meat to over 150 restaurants in Germany and Belgium . In 2002 I started a production spot for venison in the east of Germany myself. In 2011 we started a catering company for festivals and other big events in Germany, Austria and Norway. In 2022 we started to produce dry treats for dogs based on our side products of the venison production. End of 2023 we stopped the delivering to restaurants because we never got back on the level of the time before Covid
