Responsible for the Fabrication of a variety of Products made from mild and stainless steel such as,

• Secure Doors and Windows, Cell Fronts, Prison furniture, Balustrades, Handrails. Structural steel, Pipe work, stairs.

Use of Power tools, Welding machines, Hand Tools, grinders, air tools, band saw, laser, measuring tools.

• Read and followed blueprints and weld diagrams.
• Documented welding on specified work order.
• Used cutting torches to shape and cut metal for fabrication projects.
• Maintained clean and organized work area to prevent workplace accidents.

• Agriculture machinery, balustrades, fencing, gates, stairs, stainless steel handrails.

As a Backpacker in 2016 I had to do my 88 days of farm work. This was a great experience.

Our Tasks,

• Picking the product and loading them on to a trailer.
• Maintaining paddocks by cutting sucklings around main tree to ensure health of main tree and fruit.
• Packing, labeling and loading products to get them ready for shipping.
• Helped to get paddock ready for crop rotation, plantings, and harvest.
