Summary

I have a scientific educational background in Computer Science (B.Tech) and Information Communication Technology (M.SC), coupled with initial experience as a Radio Network/Optimization Engineer and Business Analysis.


This has given me a structured and analytical mindset that allows me to approach problem-solving in a solutions-oriented way. My passion is people, data and technology. My varied experience has allowed me to work across diverse industries across different types of setups.


The core skills I have been able to harness over this period include but are not limited to stakeholder management, end-to-end recruitment, people & operations management, operations and people analytics.


Furthermore, I am particularly interested in placing talents into roles where they will thrive and succeed. This is why I consider an interview to be a win-win situation for the candidate and the company. In other words, I give candidates an excellent experience whilst not dropping the ball for my stakeholders.
