Preparing (incl. content), facilitating, documenting, and ensuring follow up of the Senior and Extended leadership team meetings, offsites and important market visits.
In collaboration with Internal Comms supporting GM / SVP and leadership team in promoting engagement and understanding of Cluster priorities, action plans, and goals through various communication tools.
Providing stakeholders (Sales, GTM, Brand Comms, etc.) with relevant macroeconomic, market, market share and consumer insights
Main project & achievements:
Central Cluster Priorities – facilitating definition and managing execution of priorities and related action plans. SLT delivered >90% of defined actions with success, which was amplified by consistent communication and cascading.
Extended leadership team journey – leading the project of ELT, which consists of 70 M2+ cross-cluster and cross-functional roles. Design and delivery happened in a close collaboration with OE, HR and SLT. Cluster Central Europe has been the only Cluster with increased Engagement in each Employee Listening Survey.

Employee listening survey – ambassador for Europe and EMEA. Working closely with HR teams to drive transparency and participation (76% rate achieved). Partnering with HR VP EMEA in analyzing market specific data and aligned approach to actions (for MD EMEA & SLT).
CIS crisis and HR support – driving alignment and rapid solutions (for our employees and talents) in response to the crisis. Several employees brought to other locations, or received individual support.

Managing functional, cross-functional and change projects with the objective of executing HR & People Strategy through efficient and effective implementation of Global and/or Europe initiatives within 2 clusters (Central Europe and East Europe).
Monitoring and improving processes while ensuring the highest possible consistency across the countries.
Constantly searching for optimization, improvement potential and synergies across HR departments within the clusters and countries.
Together with HR Talent and in alignment with Global direction, defining and tracking HR KPIs for HR VP and HRDs.
Managing all data, reporting & systems-related projects and tasks in strong collaboration with controlling, GBS and HRMs.
Overseeing internal audit process, consolidating required material, and working with HRMs on future process improvement.
Creating and regularly updating HR SharePoint. This space represented a main HR communication channel towards employees of the two clusters and main collaboration channel towards HR departments.

HR East Europe redesign – leading the project of new operating model implementation on Zone level. Deep analysis of processes, resources, time investment, and value stream mapping resulted in valuable harmonization and better communication flows within employees. The design is live and functional up until today.
East Europe redesign – providing HR relevant data and tracking to support cluster’s reorganization (switching from country based to channel-based model). The design is live and functional up until today.
