• Proven ability to analyze learning needs, design effective learning solutions, and develop engaging and impactful learning content aligning with business ,talent development, R&D and HR team needs.
• Experience in designing and developing engaging and impactful learning content for various target groups, including Supply Chain, Production & Quality, R&D team. -
• Strong background in managing and maintaining learning content repositories, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and relevance.
• Familiarity with using various design tools to create and deliver e-learning modules and courses.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly independent, structured, and precise in work approach, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Fluent in English.
