• Leading the development and evaluation of ADAS and Sensor Fusion applications, enabling successful product launches that enhance vehicle safety and functionality.
• Strategically planning, preparing, and executing testing setups, including software updates, functional testing, and real-world test drives, to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Managing testing procedures, standards, and specifications, as well as optimizing test cases and vehicle parameters, which ensures compliance and maintains high-quality benchmarks.
• Conducting detailed analysis and evaluation of test results, identifying potential issues proactively to deliver robust, customer-focused software and hardware solutions.
• Leveraging cutting-edge sensor and actuator technologies—such as ultrasound, infrared, vision systems, radar, and lidar—to advance DAS applications and align with industry innovations.
• Collaborating on advanced Driver Assistance Systems, Sensor Fusion applications, and autonomous driving technologies, contributing to the development of new prototypes and the future of passenger safety.
• Overseeing the creation of regulations, technical documents, and testing specifications, establishing rigorous testing norms and ensuring vehicles meet all safety and performance requirements.
• Partnering with academic institutions and research bodies to integrate scientific advancements, enhancing project outcomes and supporting the company’s thought leadership in the mobility sector.
• Coordinating and managing testing cases across various environments—laboratory, on-road, and proving grounds—facilitating comprehensive data analysis and technical assessments that inform continuous improvement in product

Responsible for constructive design changes in the field of Research and Development

• Development of new components for electric and mechanical vehicle air conditioning compressors
• Supervision of the prototype manufacturing process
• Calculation and simulation using ANSYS
• Optimization of components using CAD
• Wear and failure analysis of compressors during and after testing phases
• Designing specialized tools
