• Responsible for maintaining 99.5% inventory accuracy within the UK logistics network between SAP and warehouse WMSs.

• Supported all system testing throughout the project including UAT.
• Supported the onboarding of all Site Super-users and their subsequent knowledge build.
• Led the UK inventory cutover aspect of the project for all sites and established the processes to obtain all required data.
• Partnered with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough discovery and due diligence on existing processes.

• Provided Go-live and Hypercare SAP support for all UK Logistic and Manufacturing sites.

• To liaise with the Operations Managers, Production and Planning team, to ensure a realistic production plan is designed and carried out in a food safe way maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure that products in store are handled and stored in a way that will not adversely affect quality.
• Responsible for GMP and good hygiene in the warehouse.
• Ensure that any required holds are implemented for any product or raw material that is/suspected of being out of specification, and follow the notification procedure as required.
• Maintain quality systems for the site (to include Document control, weight control, holds analysis, quality weak link and others as specified by PepsiCo GQS)
• Ensure warehouse team adheres to all safe working practices (SWP’s).
• · Encourage a safe working culture/environment.
• Management of sanitation standards, by in house and 3rd party activities.
• Management of pest control standards and contracted Management Company.
• Maintain HACCP, and food safety records as required.
• Responsible for hygiene improvements in all areas.
• Responsible for adherence to site personnel food safety training requirements
• Ownership of the Sanitation Programme including validation and verification of all cleaning activities
• Ownership of any site holds, and supporting Operations Managers in the risk assessments required.
• Promote and reinforce site vision and culture with staff.
• Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and continuously improve site operations to achieve the site vision and company’s forward strategy.
• Primary contact for third party and customer audits.
• Development and maintenance of the site quality management systems including GCS,BRC Standard and HACCP.
• Overall responsibility for contractors on site and project work within the warehouse.
• Maintain the racking integrity programme and ensuring all checks and repairs are carried out.
• Attendance and sickness management of all warehouse staff including Return to work, welfare and disciplinary meetings.
• Manage the training requirements, documentation and matrix for all warehouse staff and trainers.

• Whilst on shift; managing the day to day operation of the Raw Materials & Finished Goods at PepsiCo Skelmersdale warehouse.
• Liaising directly with manufacturing site leadership team to ensure all Raw material requirements are delivered without impacting production.
• Ensuring the Health and Safety requirements are followed by all staff whilst running shift.
• Deliver system training to all FLE’s on shift to help the continuous improvement and development of the site.
• Liaising directly with the transport, planning and various PepsiCo stocks teams to ensure all business needs are met and any changes needed are implemented, even at short notice, without impacting production.
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a pressurized environment and foresee potential problems.
• Manage low-code stock and hold issues on site.
• Manage stock accuracy and rotation.
• Liaise with Raw Mats Requisitioner to manage system variances and the destruction of obsolete materials.
• Responsible for ensuring indirect hours on shift are used to the maximum potential and benefit of the site.
• Conduct the initial investigation for any incidents that occur on shift.
• Carry out any system changes that are required to facilitate the storage of an increased amount and wider variety of raw materials.

· Responsible for the Load/Unload of all stock movements.

· Ensuring that works flows for FLT drivers is maintained at all times.

· Reporting any Safety or Quality issues for inbound/Outbound stock.

· Driving all MHE to deliver site KPI’s against volumes.

· Ensuring all FLE’s in my area were working and following the correct SWP’s for site.

· Involvement in numerous Safety Action Teams and engaging front line employees in successful campaigns to address shortfalls in working behavior's and driving standards.

• Ensuring that all individual KPI targets were met while adhering to safe working practices.
• Carry out a variety of tasks using different MHE Inc.FLT, PPT, Counter balance and working at height equipment.
• Being able to work as an individual or as part of a larger team.
• Reporting any unsafe working practices and near miss incidents to the FLM/Shift co-originator.
