Philip Radke

I am a dedicated Requirements Engineer and IT professional with hands-on experience in system integration, requirements documentation, and IT operations in the automotive industry. My career began with an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician, which laid the technical foundation for my later roles at IAV GmbH. Over the years, I have worked in IT Operations and transitioned into Requirements Engineering, where I focus on analyzing, specifying, and validating complex software and system requirements.

Currently, I am expanding my skillset with a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology. This allows me to combine my technical expertise with a deeper understanding of human behavior, communication, and organizational processes—skills that are essential for successful stakeholder management and process optimization in interdisciplinary projects.

I have a passion for discovering new cultures, which has broadened my understanding of people and communication. My travels to various countries, for example Brazil, Uganda, and the USA, have helped me develop adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and an open-minded approach to working with diverse teams.
