• Re-arranged the floor plan of Warehouse to enable proper material flow into and out of warehouse. Improved the inventory management up to 1HC saving.
• Re-arranged the floor plan of Spares to enable easier parts finding. Improved the equipment repair time & inventory management (cycle count accuracy) significantly which enabled on time spare part ordering and avoiding machine downtime w/o spare parts.
• 2% uptime improvement by enabling structured troubleshooting and documentation of trouble shooting

• Successful planning and enabling to open up new Fab building facility from “Rain prove Building” to RfP (Fab2 of Infineon Kulim). Contribution is from Infrastructure and Equipment readiness.
• All capacity ramp steps ramped as committed to Business Units, without any single de-commit. This was enabled via weekly follow up for every tool status and triggered the right action if we see any deviation to initial plan (i.e. shortening of one sub process to compensate unavoidable delay of another process)
• Introduced new method of study to optimize Operator movement (Operator Driver Model), enabling optimized operator work in the line. Resulted in 2% of operator efficiency.
• Leadership – Elevated the work/task compatibility of every team member by coaching and mentoring them. Ensure every task understood with end result in mind and the consequence behind if something goes wrong.

• Successful introduction and implementation of "Cost Optimized Loading" option which allows capa distribution at the most optimized level
