• Supporting Biogas Research Team in research related to Biogas Substrates Analysis.

• Design of boiler pressure parts as per ASME, IBR and ASME SEC I
• Boiler PID, GA, Foundation design and review. AFBC, TG, CFBC, Pulsating grate boilers & WHRB boilers.
• Pipe Sizing, Thickness Calculations as per IBR and ASME B 31.3, Pump Selections.
• Designing and selecting boiler auxiliaries like all types of fans, Feedwater pumps, control valves, process valves, safety valves, steam traps, silencer, soot blower’s strainer and giving technical clearance.
• Involved in Erection, Installation and Commissioning activities of 15 MW Biomass Power Plant (Bhogpur, Punjab, India) as a part of training.
• Involving in preparation of boiler GA, bunker GA, Turbine building GAD.
• ASME and ISO audit support.

• Technical procurement - Mechanical and Instrumentation commodities.(Refrigeration Plants).
• Negotiating Contracts, Technical Review, Order Issuance, Supplier Evaluation, Vendor Follow-ups and Expediting.
• Vendor Development and new vendor sourcing, Vendor relationship management.
• Purchase Documentation (Oracle).

EPC Department

• Design review (GAD and Technical Document)– Cooling tower, Water Treatment Plant, Pump, Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Condenser, Compressor, ESP and Piping Packages.
• PID and PFD design and review.
• Piping layout design, AutoCAD (2D/3D), Checking piping isometrics, Piping BOM preparation.
• Coordinating with Vendors, Projects Team and Purchase Team.
• Design & simulation of HMBD.
• Reviewing and approving pre & post-order vendor documents.
• Technical Procurement - Brought out items.
• Civil drawings review.
