- Prepare annual Product Audit forecast at plant level and get necessary approvals from Management and International Product Network(IPN).

- Planning of QZ (Quality and Reliability test) test as per Product Audit forecast.

- Execution and reporting of Product Audit (Injectors, Rails, Injector Body, H2 components etc.)

- Annual product audit review & reporting to management (BVSQ).

• Computer Aided Quality (CAQ) Key user :

- Create Inspection Plan, inspection orders and stamping of drawings.

- Conduct cross-functional team review to ensure audit plan fulfillment (KPI tracking).

• VDA6.5 Certified Product Auditor :

- Conduct training of product auditors/checkers and planners in quality function.

- Act as Auditee in external and internal product audits.

• Special Projects

- Rail HD-Max test implementation in BabtecQ.

- HGI Endurance test bench establishment in HoP1.

- VDA6.5 training automation.

• Local Analysis Center (LAC) Incharge

- Responsible for complaint investigation and analysis.

- Co-ordinate with customer,SQW,QMC,QMM & production team for quality reviews, complaint analysis and problem solving.

- Co-ordinate with IPN LAC's in case of quality complaint from their plant.

- Bench release and control system monitoring.

Customer Support/Mr. Customer

- Mr. Customer for HMIL, ISUZU, Daimler & GCL.

- End to end co-ordination with customer in case of quality complaints,joint investigation, customer audits, PPAP and ISIR.

• Reliability Test Engineer (Endurance and Pulsation Testing)

- Shopfloor Incharge of Endurance and pulsation testing.

- Conduct QZ test.

- Conduct validation test from development in case of ECR.

• Internal Defect Cost (IDC) Co-ordinator.

- IDC reporting and analysis.

- Human Error Prevention(HEP) projects.
