• OtC Operations & Demands: Driving Workflow, Pricing, Order Management, SAP Upgrades, and IT security topics in OtC area. Led Initiative to stabilize workflow issues and implementing automated solution resulting in time saving for CSR as well as support colleagues and reducing incidents significantly. Identifying gaps and taking feedback from various teams to make current solutions more efficient and effective
• Projects: Delivered solution to Migrate business from RFM to Covestro (Prices and Orders), SME for Kunshan-Pingtung and CISA Migration (Prices and Orders), Architecting Deal Management and Pricing integration to ERP for DICE, delivering new and alternative Solutions to replace old CRM systems, SME for OtC in ACT S/4 HANA for Architecture & Solution Design Team, Creating Best-Practices and Development guidelines, Devising Training Plan, Implement and drive Clean Core Concepts, Learning new technologies
• People Management: Managing consultants from externals and AMS Support, coaching team, and developing skills within the team for current and new technologies like AWS, Eclipse, S/4 HANA, RAP, APIs, CDS, Event-Driven architecture, AI & ML

• Workday Operations & Demands: Focus on Integrations, Architecture, Security & Reporting. Implemented operation excellence methods resulting in a 70% overall reduction in tickets within the Integrations team. Ensure audit criterions and business continuity protocols were followed, implemented Agile and DevOps strategy
• People Management: Managing global team for Integrations, HR Applications & IT Security topics. Coaching team and developing skills within the team.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with global HR Community, HR Heads, Works Council, IT Teams, and other cross-functional teams to sustain HR Technology Landscape & Standardize HR Processes. Planned and executed roadmaps to implement HR Strategy

• Workday Implementation: Engaged since the RFP phase, conducted gap analysis, designed and built solutions for migration of HR data from SAP to Workday for all countries, integrated with over 100 downstream systems using Workday Integrations. Led SAP decommissioning project and realized cost savings of 5 million Euro

• GE (Support): Green Belt certified by GE for TRAM Project initiative ad save 40K USD, Implemented SAP Personas for GE Finance team by creating web view and saving time by 97%, served as Team Lead. Service Pack and EHP7 Upgrade (SPDD & SPAU), Smart-forms, Enhancements, Performance improvement of custom reports, HANA migration of database, Fiori and Mobile apps with SAP
• AGC U.S. (Rollout): Created Custom Web-dynpro ABAP applications and implemented Travel & Expense module, IPC (Internet Pricing and configuration) created the class files and java code for user-exit to implement logic for IPC, rolled out the whole project within 6 months
• JKLC (Implementation): Password Protected Pay slip, Complex Smart-forms for Various Letters like Tax Projection, Annual Bonus, Enhancement for providing validations in standard Payroll Reports and Info types & Module Pool application for Perk Process
