Able to perform Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) supervisor operations; react to CBRNE and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) incidents; identify and use personal protective equipment; identify and employ decontamination methods; develop a plan of action for a domestic CBRNE incident; collect hazard and response information at the technician level; collect CBRNE samples;
conduct CBRNE sensitive site assessments; able to determine radiation decay factors; calculate time of entry and time of stay for fallout; calculate optimum time of exit for fallout areas; compute total dose for fallout area; calculate neutron-induced radiation hazards; perform a chemical and biological vulnerability analysis; provide technical advice on chemical and biological agents and compounds;
advise about chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threat; perform toxic industrial materials vulnerability analysis and downwind prediction; prepare a nuclear vulnerability analysis; and prepare nuclear fallout predictions.
Responsible for maintaining the streets of Harrison and participation in city projects.
