Fulfill incoming reservations, welcome and take care of customers, performing vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs

• Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies

• Assist in reselling campervans: prepare, present and deliver them to prospective and final buyers

. Prepare, and equip our campervans after each rental

• Maintain our campervans in top condition, performing audits and fleet verifications

• Performing campervan basic maintenance, small repairing needs and spare part replacement

• Organize, and label all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot

• Ensure that all items are properly labeled and stored in the correct location
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Assist with inventory management
• Scanning the products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
• Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
• Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.

• Carrying out re-merchandising, display, price markdowns duties
• Receiving store deliveries
• Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with regular customers
• Organizing the display of merchandise
• Participating in physical inventory counts.

• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain knowledge of what the competition is selling and provide feedback to supervisors.
