I attended a school near my home and then moved to Isar-Gymnasium after primary school. When Covid hit, I felt lonely and worried about missing out on experiences with friends. To address this, I decided to go to a boarding school, and Zuoz has been a perfect fit since 2021.
Here, I've enjoyed every aspect. I play sports like tennis and football, and I'm the Vice-Captain of the football team. Socially, I've grown, and this year, I became the House Captain of Orania. I appreciate being someone approachable for others' problems. Additionally, I organize sports events, including a school-wide football tournament this year.
During my summer breaks, I volunteered as a gardener to cultivate humility. Life in a boarding school, especially one near a location like St. Moritz, can be overwhelming, making it easy to lose perspective on important things and the value of money. Though the experience was challenging, with long hours, reflecting on it now, the experience was important for my development.
