-Active involvement in an international, Multi‑Million‑Euro project with about 80 project members and 150 stackeholders for a globally acting major insurance company.

-Active participation to identify challenges and find solution approaches in different sub‑projects like Data Management, Data Platform, Data Modelling, ERP, Chart of Account.

-Active involvement in project management with state of the art methodology (Agile SCRUM).

-Learning about consistent approaches to ensure customer delivery in time and budget.
