Screening of foot ulceration in diabetic neuropathy patients

  • Objectives: To detect ulcers in the early stage, To design a sock which is washable, Easy to wear and monitor foot pressure without the presence of doctor.
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Responsibility: Arduino coding and NILabVIEW interfacing and also in integrating the hardware components
  • Hardware & software: lilypad, Bluetooth module, Flexiforce sensors, Arduino IDE.

Brain-controlled Robot Navigation using EEG signals

  • Objective: To navigate a bot using brain signals, To develop an end-to-end system, To collect own brain data and apply signal processing and ML techniques, real-time object control.
  • Responsibility: collect the EEG data , add markers and to normalize the data, coding in python using ML techniques for noise reduction.
  • Hardware & software: Raspberry pi GoPiGo, Emotiv EEG-Headset, EEGLAB, github.

Voice Controlled Robot

  • Objective: To control a bot using voice
  • Responsibility: Soldering and integrating the hardware components, Arduino coding, controlling & monitoring the bot, Created an android app using MIT App Inventor.
  • Hardware & Software: Arduino UNO, Arduino IDE, DC Motor 12V, Wi-fi Module, Lithium-ion battery.

Aquabot

  • Objective: Wireless controlling of a bot in water.
  • Responsibility: Soldering and integrating the hardware components, Arduino coding, controlling & monitoring the bot.
  • Hardware & Software: Arduino UNO, Arduino IDE, DC Motor 12V, HC-05 Bluetooth module, Serial Bluetooth Terminal, Lithium-ion battery.

Autonomously Driving Vehicle

  • Objective: To implement emergency pushbutton for a rover , to move the rover for exact 1meter, square and circle.
  • Responsibility: Designing model files for all the maneuvers, debugging and integrating the model files with the rover.
  • Hardware & Software: MATLAB SimuLink, LEGO Mindstorms EV3 robot kit.
