Ridwan is a highly motivated and accomplished professional in civil engineering. With keen attention to detail, he consistently exceeds expectations. His master's degree equipped him with a deep understanding of structural design, risk analysis, and disaster prevention, particularly in earthquakes and floods. Pursuing a second master's in Flood Risk Management, Ridwan has gained valuable insights into the social and economic aspects of risk management. Practical experience in a structural health monitoring laboratory honed his skills in experiments related to earthquakes, fire accidents, and FRP application. His undergraduate internship at ExxonMobil offered insights into construction management, system integration, constructability review, risk analysis, and safety protocols.
