As a Project Manager, was responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of project development, from initiation to completion. The primary objective was to ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and fulfilling client requirements. Acted as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication and fostering positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
