Summary

After graduating from the University of Szeged in 2015, i have started my career at Continental and gained all of my experience in the last 10 years starting in logistics, later switching to sales and ended up in my current position as sales manager.

I have experienced many different aspects of the business and the value chain starting from everyday discussions about small deliveries to high level decisions about future strategies of the company.

I am a dedicated team player with high focus on customer relation building, account management and structured but smart way of working. I like the creative handling of topics and pragmatic decision making.

Working with many different types of customers from different cultures made me learn how to focus on the major needs of each and adapt changes quickly and effectively.

- Responsible for Truck and Bus customers: Daimler Truck & Daimler Bus, Volvo & Renault Truck, MAN & Scania, DAF & Paccar and Perkins in the EMEA region for all OESL Thermal Solution plants for heating/cooling lines and AC-lines.

- combination of Sales Manager and Key Account Manager tasks during the whole product life cycle and value chain.

- Define, develop and execute acquisition strategy and achieve agreed order intake targets.

- Propose customer programs to attack and define action plan.

- Identify customer needs and white spots, build trustfull relation with the customer.

- Responsible for commercial competitor and market analysis.

- Provide analysis to support the decision process to establish the product portfolio and roadmap creation.

- Order Intake, Acquisition and Quote Process for assigned product lines and customers (responsible for the complete calculation and quotation process in the RFQ phase till nomination as Quote Manager)

- Prepare negotiation strategy and lead RFQ / annual pricing and contract negotiation with customers (Framework Agreements, Supply Agreements, Price Contracts)

- Commercial activities during the project / product development (organising of customer visits inhouse and at customers with Purchasing and R&D)

- Track new projects in the rump up phase and support Project Management in customer negotiations.

- Negotiate anticipated Price Reduction and Discounts

- Responsible for Price Pull activities and price negotiations

- Lead role in margin improvement projects for running business and lossmaker parts.

- Lead spare part price negotiation in collaboration with sales administration.

- Negotiation of claims raised from our side of all sort such as: Tooling R&D cost reimbursement, volume shortfalls, warranty, field actions, MOQ calculation.

- Prepare monthly forecast for running business for the actual year

- Sales Budget planning once a year for the upcomming 5 years

- Support other departments and plants in case of customer visits and audits (VDA, IATF)

- Responsible for different customer groups. OEM-s: Suzuki, AMG, Daimler Truck, Canoo; Tier 1: Webasto, Woco, Samsung, Benteler; Conti Intercompany business (EMEA & NAFTA region)

- Verify and execute the internal acquisition process from administration point of view

- Verify all sales conditions in case of running serial business and for new customers as well (e.g. price, warranty, payment terms, etc)

- Data entry of purchase orders (tooling, PPAP, samples) into SAP

- Support of sales planning with data (Budget, Volumes, Turnover, Margin etc.)

- Tracking of the major KPI-s (Margin, ROS, IRR) during the rump up phase of new projects.

- Establish and maintain good customer network and relationship.

- Commercial activities during the project / product development (e.g. Cost and Price Tracking, Change Request etc.)

- Collect data for anticipated Price Reduction and Discount (aPRD)

- Manage quotation and invoicing of customer tooling, prototypes and services (e.g. Test Cost, Engineering Cost)
