• Involved in writing updates, deleting and inserting queries based on the input request, and loading in OCF (Oracle Cloud Financing) Application by converting it into a CSV file.
• Responsible for identifying the replaced/outdated parts in Oracle tool using SQL queries which helps to rectify the defects concerning cost issues

• Provided ongoing engineering support and problem-solving to other departments like manufacturing, planning, model shop, and systems engineering.
• Provided value engineering ideas to reduce the manufacturing cost without any quality defect

Projects Handled

• Material & Design change from Metal to Injection in both 1D and 2D refrigerators (Highest cost-saving activity of the year).
• Cover Evap Masterbatch source change from import to local for cost savings (won 1000 INR).
• Color reduction from 4% to 2% in cap door parts Value engineering.
• Worked on two new project developments RT39/42 and Side By Side refrigerators.
• Worked in washing machine injection team for 45 days to handle New project development.

• Tracked trainee performance data, utilizing insights to inform future curriculum improvements.
• Shadowed senior team members to learn all related jobs and tasks.
• Participated in on-the-job training, working closely with supervisors and coworkers and asking appropriate questions.
