Responsible for the Controlling activities within Hella Romania BG Electronics such as:

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
• Strategic Planning: Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Efficiency: Driving efficiency measures with the local/ global management in order to improve profitability and cash.
• Consultant for the Top Management in decision making.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as IFRS.
• Audit: ensuring information flow for external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Team Management: Supervising Controlling local and global team, including hiring, training, and performance. management. Setting up team setting, providing support and guidance.

Responsible for the Controlling activities within Hella Romania (budget, forecast, actual, KPI tracking)- 3 Business Division (3 Production Locations, 3 D&D Centers and one Corporate Shared service)

• Standardization: setting up, roll out and driving ww processes such as - Sales, Material, Capex, Product center Controlling for Hella ww
• Efficiency : measures with the local/ global management in order to improve profitability and cash
• Team Management: Responsible for building up the team, hiring, developing and transferring activities from the HQ to HRO . Supervising the staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Consultant for the Top Management in decision making
