• Credit: Performed tasks relating to auditing and consulting of national and international credit institutions and gained an in-depth understanding of holistic credit processes.
• Treasury: Supported on topics such as strategic alignment, management of liquidity and financial risks, accounting and regulation, as well as transformation and digitization

• Analyzed the financials of ongoing projects with Major Pharmaceutical clients; identified opportunities to optimize margins
• Identified the cost leakages & overages and flagged them to the senior management in a timely manner
• Financial Advisory: Led the financial discussion with business leads (partners) on a regular basis to track KPIs and project’s financial health
• Finance Reporting: Performed budgeting & forecasting for projects, prepared management reports, cluster P&Ls, PO and working capital dashboards for trend and variance analysis
• Mentored 2 new joiners and conducted training sessions on PFFA (Forecasting Tool)
