• Prepares and facilitates documentation of each phase of the projects, programs and portfolio, as well as develops summary reports for the management team.
• Follows the appropriate management systems to ensure that all required project launch activities and quality planning activities take place during the development of the projects.
• Creates and executes project work plans and timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Monitors the teams’ abilities to meet all project targets, including program costs, customer requirements and risks.
• Facilitates resource capacity and allocation reporting for projects in support of projects and programs
• Develops proposals for risk mitigation and coordinates appropriate risk management activities.

• Drew up detailed plan to achieve each stage of the project, selecting and leading large project team of 4 members
• Assisted the Management Representative (MR) to coordinate and train all functions in the organization to develop and audit implementation of ISO – 9001 Quality Systems; secured and maintained ISO-9001 accreditation for the organization
• Commissioned and developed ISO 9001 Quality Management System as Management Representative
• Attended and presented project monthly cost and status report, Project Financial Reports (Project Revenue, Planned & Actual, Forecast, and Margin)
