stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat
business;
Employee support from onboarding to exit, recruitment, interviews, onboarding;
Special projects: e.g., company acquisitions, company,
transfers etc.; Support for canteen service providers/tenders/concept development;
Determination of personnel requirements and coordination of job advertisements with the centralized recruiting center, average of 90 new hires per year.
Central legal advice to the management/ Executives on
labour law, collective bargaining law, works constitution law;
Implementation and development of operational standards,
policies and procedures;
Drafting og employment contracts, participation in collective bargaining commissions in the group;
Salary grading/ grouping, drafting and negotiating all
framework conditions of employment contracts;
Control/ Securing of central, cross-location processes, also
