• Oversaw treatments, and location scouting, and conducted thorough pre-production planning.
• Managed budgets and allocated resources effectively, ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget, negotiated contracts, and coordinated talent and casting.
• Collaborated directly with directors. Oversaw production, post-production, sound design, visual effects, and music scoring process, ensured everything stayed on track.

• Produced and adapted the highest ranked Dutch TV talk show “The Story of My Life” (6x60min) for German audiences.
• Produced music video "Be my Rebel" for German musician Nena and Eurythmics´ Dave Stewart, Winner of 47. Awards. Directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Virgil Widrich.

• Orchestrated and supervised a live televised music show honoring the music career of German artist Nena. The show showcased live performances from 20 international music acts and was hosted by Thomas Gottschalk. Taking charge of every aspect, from designing the structure and timeline to leading a team of 300, I ensured the show was executed flawlessly, within budget, and garnered exceptional ratings.

For the New York-based production company owned by Academy Award-winning producer Anthony Katagas.

• Supported production of the feature films “12 Years a Slave”, “Passengers”, “Unfinished Business” and the company’s development slate.
• Cultivated relationships with industry contacts (i.e. writers, agents, directors, and talent).
• Tracked and brought in material with high conversion potential, covering film/tv markets and festivals. Reviewed material and provided clear and rigorous analysis based on key variables (story, talent, market, audience, culture).
• During physical production, I was assigned to review shooting schedules and budgets, attend table reads and crew meetings, and liaise on behalf of the producer with crew, cast, and talent.

For the Los Angeles-based production company owned by Academy Award-winning director/producers Kevin Messick and Adam McKay.

• Oversaw projects in development and in production, such as “Jack Reacher”, “Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters”, “The Other Guys”. Traveled with producer Kevin Messick to locations and sets internationally. Supported day-to-day operations during production.
• Managed creative projects from pitch, development, production, and post-production. Worked directly with creators on script development. Coordinated and managed critical information and workflow with the production team and partners. Reviewed episodic material and gave notes throughout phases from development to delivery.

For New York based production company owned by Academy nominated producer Leslie Holleran.

• Assessed incoming material submitted to the company. Generated writers and directors lists for projects in development.
• Assisted producer on all aspects of development, production and post-production on the motion picture “Hanna”, directed by Joe Wright and starring Cate Blanchett and Saoirse Ronan, on locations worldwide.
• Provided creative feedback during script development and during ongoing productions
• Attended film staff meetings, supported the flow of information between the creative group, business affairs and legal to track status of legal agreements. Monitored scripts and revisions during production. Researched experts for talent preparation purposes (e.g. collaborating with CIA operatives)

For the motion picture “The Reader”, directed by Stephen Daldry.

• Supported Executive Producer Redmond Morris from development through physical production to post-production and prep for awards season. Budgeting, shooting schedules, talent agreements, head of department budgets, Dood´s.
• Coordinated with HoD, liaised with studio executives, agents, talent. Updated other producers Scott Rudin, Sydney Pollack, Anthony Minghella on status of production on a daily basis.
• Managed visa issuance for actors, copyright clearance, set up the post-production team and office. Arranged table reads and rehearsals.
• Assisted day to day operation on and off set, monitored scripts and incorporated revisions during production. Directed 2nd Unit filming.
• Supported the post-production set up in New York, liaised with Marketing team for premiere, festival tour and awards.

• Supervised the German launch of the tv series “Desperate Housewives”, “Lost” and “Rome”. Produced timelines, marketing roll outs, behind-the-scenes featurettes and trailers. Coordinated and oversaw voice over production and music licensing.
• Created budgets, schedules, hired staff and crew. Set up themed events and industry meetings.

• Produced a weekly taped entertainment-style television show, 48x60min.
• Responsible for content creation, segment production, talent acquisition, schedules, budgets and edits.
