A competent, versatile, and highly organized young metallurgy and materials engineer professional with proven ability to contribute to the effective operation and success of a materials engineering company through effective design, technical, and R&D skills. Through academic and research experiences, I have developed analytical skills and improved soft skills in communication, time management, organizing, and teamwork.
Master Thesis March 2023 – Sept 2023
• Designed & optimized gating and feeding systems for aluminum & magnesium cast preforms using Solidworks and MagmaSoft.
• Achieved zero porosity & maximized yield through more than 200 design iterations. Validated designs via casting & testing (visual, microstructure, metallography, X-ray).
Dilatometry – Microstructure change of 50CrV4 steel June 2022 – Sept 2022
• Dilatometry analysis was performed on 50CrV4 steel to investigate microstructure changes and heat treatment behavior.
• Heating up to 900 °C using induction coils, then cooling with argon for control. Analyzed data for phase transitions and examined microstructure with LePera etchant and optical microscopy.
Degassing of aluminum melt with impeller and lance Nov 2019 – April 2020
• An efficient degassing method for aluminum melt was developed, with experiments conducted using an impeller and a lance. Density, defects, and quality of the melt were evaluated at various intervals.
• Melting was carried out in a crucible furnace, with melt quality analyzed and the procedure documented for maximum efficiency.
Bachelor Thesis Oct 2017 – April 2018
• Developed an IoT project monitoring electric vehicles, utilizing sensors for diagnostics and data analysis. The designed setup is integrated with ultrasonic, voltage, temperature, and pressure sensors.
• Analyzed data to identify potential equipment issues and enhance response time to defects and breakdowns. I am proficient in data analysis software and Arduino.
