In my 6+ Years with KPMG, I played the role of HRBP and Talent acquisition Lead for 3 different Service Lines i.e Risk Consulting, Deal Advisory and Infrastructure.

My responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager included:

  • Responsible for defining yearly headcount budgets along with Service line head based on attrition trends, business expansion targets, key talent requirements.
  • Provide recruitment budget and requirements to Recruitment CoE and ensure monthly and quarterly requirements are being met on time.
  • Conduct HR Interviews for Manager and above level candidates to assess their organization fitment.
  • Extend Employment offer to selected candidates post salary fitment and final negotiations.
  • Publish monthly/quarterly and yearly Recruitment related reports to senior management based on targets defined vs. achieved.

As HRBP, my responsibilities included:

  • Talent Management: Design Succession Planning for key roles and Capability building programs such as Individual Development Plan, Top Talent Review program, skip level meetings, Coaching and Mentorship program.
  • Create MIS Dashboards: Publish Headcount, utilization and attrition dashboards for Senior Management on periodic basis using SAP Success Factors HRIS Tool.
  • Dip Stick Surveys: Design business requirement specific surveys to understand employee pulse and collect feedback for analysis and timely action.
  • Performance Management: Enable yearly appraisal process for employees in liaison with Performance Development.
    ▫ Ensuring employee feedback discussions and appraisal submission as per defined guidelines.
    ▫ Present Promotion proposal report to Head of Human Resources and Performance Development team for final approvals and represent business case for exception discussions to finalize promotion list.
    ▫ Manage feedback and promotion related grievances if any with counseling at end of cycle.

▫ Participated in Mercer Survey year on year basis for internal and external compensation parity check and suggest a competitive rewards and benefits structure to retain current employees and attract new talent.

▫ Performed testing for migration of payroll vendor from Allsec to HCG Payroll system and successfully migrated data for all service lines.
