  • Leading two Cross-functional teams within the Gen7 Radar Platform;Signal Processing team and Control Operation Team.
  • Along with being the team lead for both teams; Acted as the Technical Lead for the Control Operation Team.
  • Performing Product Owner Responsibilities for Control Operation Team, including:
  • Contributing in the PI Planning Including Features and Capabilities analysis Breakdown and assignation on the team based on the Features Scope.
  • Plan the needed technical discussions during the PI Planning with the different metiers including System, Architecture, Testing and other POs to define and discuss the dependencies.
  • Engagement in regular technical discussions with the Product Owners System team, Architectural team to align on the design direction, system development and Integration within the different teams.
  • Conduction Technical Reviews across th different SWE Levels Starting SWE1 to SWE4 and SYS Requirements. Responsible for the Task delegation within the team, Iterations Planning, Daily follow-ups.
  • As a Team leader for Both teams, Responsible for mentoring both teams to ensure alignment with PI Goals through delivering the needed tasks on time with maintaining the Quality standards.
  • Participate in the KPIs defining, Measuring, and reviewing. Then taking the corrective/Improving actions based on the KPIs insights to optimize team performance and delivery predictability.
  • Worked closely with each team member to identify skill gaps and support ramp-up plans for each of them individually.

  • Started as a team leader of Smartbar project
  • Smartbar contains 4 different nodes, each is controlled by its individual software
  • I was Managing a team of 14 team members of developers and testers
  • According to my Role in Smartbar I had the following Responsibilities:
  • Handling Baseline meeting with the System team to agree on the scope of each Release
  • Setting the estimation of the tickets planned for the release with the support of the architect
  • Planning the different deliveries for the 4 ECUs to include the agreed scope to fit in the delivery timeline
  • Managing and tracking the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure we are always on track including resolving any issues or blocking points
  • Setting a backup plan for any issues, deviations of the timeline
  • Communicating regularly with the system team to cascade the updates, challenges, blocking points and any open topics
  • Ensuring that all the tickets planned for the release are implemented with the full process covering the whole V Cycle activities - and checked through CCB1 & CCB2
  • Ensuring the Robustness of the software through checking the Testing Results either Smoke Tests, Regression, affected Integration Test Cases and Validation Tests that are handled with every Software before delivered to the system team
  • Planning team availability for Business trips to support in either Customer or system workshops
  • Building the ishikawa diagram for Issues that are reported by the Customer
  • Contributing in the weekly meetings with the customer together with the system team

  • Started working as an overall architect for RGB Project in ISC Team with the following activities:
  • Checking all the upstream requirements allocated to the software are applicable and doable through the Software side
  • Allocating the upstream requirements to ArchiElements of the software
  • Setting the Verification strategy & Criteria of all the Upstream requirements assigned on the Software metier
  • Built the software requirement specification document including: Refinement for Complex upstream requirements, Definition for the different Operating Modes for the software and the transition between them, Definition of the performance requirements CPU Load, Ram consumption, Rom Consumption
  • Built the Software Model in Raphsody including: The static architecture including all the ArchiElements and interactions between them
  • Built the Real Time Design document -Covering the Dynamic architecture - including: Definition all the pre-requisites for analysis (Microcontroller characteristics, Operating System characteristics, Emulated EEPROM or Dataflash), Gathering all the Real time requirements from the Upstream documents, Building the Initialization Sequence based on the Initialization Upstream Requirements, Components' Integration Constraints, Building the Shutdown Sequence based on the shutdown Upstream requirements, Components' integration constraints
