I’ve also led on achieving ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accreditations, giving me a solid understanding of compliance, quality, and information security, and how these fit into day-to-day operations. Alongside this, I’ve introduced SOP's and practical frameworks that help teams work more efficiently and deliver a better overall service.
