Optimizing and managing a company's short-term assets and liabilities to maintain adequate cash flow, meet short-term obligations

• Secure customer risk by reconciling financial and commercial issues
• Analyze credit worthiness of new and existing clients (Financial data, country risk, business and logistics risks…)
• Optimize the cash management through the implementation of MyDSOManager and work on continuous awareness of area and sales managers of the 'cash' culture
• Follow up the coverages with the credit insurance
• Manage the Credit committees (Transactionnal and Project Flow)
• Manage collection risk and control bad debt, timely reserve bad debt provisions for doubtful accounts
• Control credit status and release deliveries according to approved credit terms, limits and credit release authorization
• Timely manage accounts receivable, control Overdues and DSO, update collection follow up actions
• Manage the process for escalating risks to more senior levels when appropriate
• Ensure transparency of Credit and Collection risk in a proactive way
• Participate the implementation of the new project module on the SAP

• Provide during the life cycle of a project, support on administrative, contractual, financial and tax issues
• Analyze and assess customer credit risks in an anticipatory and corrective manner to determine the optimal payments terms to offer
• Validate, implement and monitor letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Participate in the SAP migration
• Examine and highlight the administrative obligations and alert on financial risks (late payment, delay, expiry of financial means, etc.)
• Implement the billing plan (shipping billing and commercial billing)

• Provide weekly & monthly income statements, short and medium term cash forecasts and other assigned financial analyses to management
• Oversee treasury operations and maintained controls
• Ensure availability of appropriate and necessary funding
• Manage all the banking & financial relationships of the company
• Manage the payment schedules of suppliers and various operating expenses

• Manage a portfolio of companies (turnover between 10 Mdhs and 600 Mdhs)
• Monitor and manage credit and counterparty risks
• Analyze Financially credit requests: Operating loans, investment loans, co-financing, financing of international operations ..
• Advise customers on different issues: Cash management, Leasing, Factoring…
