For me, being an engineer means solving technical problems. Especially when it comes to building bridges between science and practice. I like to find creative solutions to challenging problems. I always deeply analyse the process and implement optimised approaches where there are bottlenecks and inefficiencies. In addition, collaboration means a lot to me, so I actively promote a positive working environment. My communication skills and ability to learn quickly are first class.
