• Studied calcium signaling under stress using molecular biology, protein assays, and bioinformatics.

2. SORT Plant Gene Expression and Protein Sorting

• Investigated CAS protein localization in Arabidopsis using bioinformatics, fluorescence microscopy, and immunoblotting. Designed experiments to analyze organelle-specific protein targeting.

3. PMSA Plant Morphology and Structural Adaptation

• Studied plant structural adaptations to environments using microscopy and imaging.

4. PPCB Plant Physiology and Cell Biology

• Studied plant stress responses using recombinant aequorin for calcium measurements, particle bombardment in onion cells, and T-DNA genotyping.

• Conducted research on the conservation of medicinal plants in Iran under Dr. Ahmadreza Mehrabian.
• Prepared a third of the georeferenced datasets and analyzed geographical distribution of over 12,000 medicinal plants using GIS.
• Identified areas of diversity, conservation priorities, and the conservation status of species in Iran.

• Managed greenhouse operations for four years, overseeing plant cultivation, growth monitoring, and seasonal harvesting. Prepared technical defect, weekly growth, and seasonal harvesting reports.
