Convective Drying of Ceramic Materials - Experiments and Simulations • September 2021 – January 2023

· Planned the process flow of the project and performed research to find a mathematical model.

· Procured material properties including sorption isotherms through experiments.

· Performed simulations in MATLAB to represent ceramic material properties mathematically.

· Performed Convective Drying experiments on the ceramic materials.

· Executed Research to find a better equation for effective diffusion coefficient with simulations.

· Implemented Drying numerical simulations with optimization in MATLAB.

· Made Presentations and explanations to the Multi National Company involved.

Emission Of Mercury from The Ceramic Industries and Brick Production Sites • December 2021 – March 2022

· A mixed research study is performed on mercury related to ceramic industries.

· Estimations are made on how much mercury is emitted into the environment.

· Suggestions were given on how these emissions can be monitored and reduced.

Intelligent Helmet Sensoring • November 2016 – April 2017

· An alcohol sensor and accelerometer are used in Arduino board to add to a helmet.

· A wireless receiver module is attached to the bike ignition system.

· Arduino software is used to calibrate and code both the modules to work as intended.

· Various tests were performed to check if the ignition is blocked when alcohol is detected.

Design and Development of a Quad bike for the nationwide event "QT2k16" conducted by ISNEE • January 2016 – August 2016

· A Quad bike chassis is designed using CAD and analyzed for mechanical stresses using ANSYS.

· Quad bike chassis was physically built and tested in contrast with results from ANSYS.

· A complete quad bike is built and is well tested for its form and function.

· Presentations and explanations were given to staff and colleagues.

Participated in the finals and a 4th nationwide rank was acquired.
