  • I took an internal transfer from Snapdeal to FreeCharge, a subsidiary company. Worked on critical projects to improve payment experience.
  • Launched and built FreeCharge payment gateway with major Bank Gateway Integrations
  • Implemented a dynamic routing algorithm with 3%+ higher success rates than market
  • Implemented unified payment interface (UPI) as a payment option. FreeCharge was one of the first companies to integrate UPI along with PhonePe.

  • Built multiple features to solve user & business problems - mandatory login strategy, flash Sales, gift wrapping of orders, express deliveries, buyback of electronic devices, save and delete cards feature, bank promotions, Snapdeal gift voucher, automated refunds and replacements, order auctioning of out of stock orders
