• Launched Swiggy POP - "A one-click food ordering experience for consumers with no delivery or extra charges". The new product contributed to xx% incremental orders and yy% repeats.
• Launched long distance deliveries at Swiggy enabling xx% improvement of orders
• Launched self serve driver help and new driver App for better driver experience
• Launched effort based payouts and dynamic pricing for driver-partners reducing cost/delivery

Dec 2015 - Sep 2016 | Freecharge Payment Lead

• I took an internal transfer from Snapdeal to FreeCharge, a subsidiary company. Worked on critical projects to improve payment experience.
• Launched and built FreeCharge payment gateway with major Bank Gateway Integrations
• Implemented a dynamic routing algorithm with 3%+ higher success rates than market
• Implemented unified payment interface (UPI) as a payment option. FreeCharge was one of the first companies to integrate UPI along with PhonePe.
• Improved consumer payments UX to improve conversions by 7%
  

Jul 2014 - Dec 2015 | Senior PM

• I lead product efforts for Checkout, Payments and Post Order Management (Refunds/Returns/Cancellations) functions across platforms - web, mobile apps, mobile site
• Drove Snapdeal platform integration with FreeCharge wallet as part of M&A between Snapdeal & Freecharge
• Built multiple features to solve user & business problems - mandatory login strategy, flash Sales, gift wrapping of orders, express deliveries, buyback of electronic devices, save and delete cards feature, bank promotions, Snapdeal gift voucher, automated refunds and replacements, order auctioning of out of stock orders

• Consulted for retail, FMCG Customers - Developed a solution for retail customers of Capgemini which improves inventory management & on shelf availability
• Helped improve sales analytics system for Hindustan Unilever. Led a team of 10+ members in maintaining and handling change requests for 4 critical existing sales systems. Developed business logic and architecture flow for new systems - 1. Decision Support System which Identifies critical issues across products, channels, and geographies ; 2. Execution Support System – Improves On-shelf availability of SKU’s at outlets across India

• Suggested improvements to revenue plus (Comviva Upsell/Cross-sell Product) to increase ARPU through churn analysis and predictive algorithms

• Developed the next generation UI for Oracle's database management configuration tools 12c
• Designed framework for test case automation and test automation for database configuration tools within Oracle database 11GR2
