Responsible to take care of guests' reservations process with a&o and third-parties' (e.g., Booking.com, YouTrust) tools. Managing the house occupancy status and services using PMS hotel software, ASSD. Intercommunicating among different departments of the house (e.g., HK, F&B, technicians) and guests. Welcoming guests and taking their feedbacks to have a good impact on their experiences as the representative of the whole system.

Have the great experience of participating and finishing 42 Piscine, where I got skills in C, Vim, and version control (Git); and learned how to handle tech projects in a company-like environment.
