Sales Activities:

  • Responsible from 10+ international key accounts, acquiring new customers as well as supporting existing customers in the Turkish market and international production locations of the Turkish companies (including Tatarstan, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy), with a special focus on Printed Decorative Paper, Finish Foils and Overlay from 3 different paper suppliers.
  • Customer service and contract negotiations (quantities, deadlines, delivery routes, conditions), handling business between customers and suppliers in a global business environment.
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting of decor paper consumption quantities of customers and preparing overview of market developments
  • Price negotiations (communication with customers and suppliers)
  • Commission calculations
  • Order acceptance and offer preparation; order schedule and stock monitoring
  • Customs clearance and shipment organizations
  • Preparation of export documents (ATR, certificate of origin, MRN) and shipping documents (invoices, packing lists)
  • After-sales service / Complaint processing / Troubleshooting
  • Customer visits, active participation in international and national trade fairs (Intermob, Interzum, Domotex, Tortona Design Week, Xylexpo etc.), participation in Sales & Design meetings


Marketing Activities and Event Management:

  • Management and complete execution of the trade fair preparations abroad (contract with stand builder & trade fair organizer, organization and monitoring of the stand construction, communication and organization with approx. 30 suppliers exhibiting at the GIM EXPORT booth, Marketing Activities – Promotional items, Online catalog entries, Advertising page, Flyer – Hotel, Transport, Customs, Invoicing)
  • Writing reports and press releases in trade magazines (Turkish and English) about products and suppliers
  • All organizational communication with the editors and invoicing of the advertising pages
  • Translations of reports, communications, press releases in Turkish, English and German
  • Preparation of Invitation Letters for Clients for Visa applications
