• Loblaw is Canada's largest retailer uses SAP (IS Retail) for managing its retail operations, is world's largest retail SAP implementation. Project involves development of multiple RICEF's in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, Promotion and Allocation and Retail Master Data. I worked at client onshore location in Toronto for more than 24 months in the role of a team specialist with primary responsibilities of solution design, defect triaging, performance improvement and change request management.
