• Provide on-site induction training for newly hired workers, explain operational rules, equipment usage and safety protocols

• Monitor daily team workflow, spot inefficient operation links and propose small optimization improvements

• Resolve routine on-site workflow problems promptly to avoid production delay and downtime

• Coordinate between frontline operators and shift management to align daily work priorities

• Track team completion rate of daily KPIs and feed back work progress to warehouse supervisor regularly

• Perform daily inbound receiving, goods scanning, order picking, packing and outbound dispatch tasks following warehouse standard operating procedures

• Maintain neat and orderly rack storage, classify different merchandise and update stock placement timely

• Carry out regular cycle stock count, record inventory discrepancy and report abnormal stock issues to supervisor

• Strictly adhere to factory safety, hygiene and equipment usage regulations to reduce workplace risk

• Collaborate closely with shift teammates to finish daily output target under tight working schedule

• Build up good physical fitness, endurance and safety awareness matching rooftop PV installation workload

• Construct partition walls, include frame setup, block laying and plaster finishing work

• Install floor and wall tiles, carry out cutting, adhesive laying and grouting procedures

• Repair roof & bathroom water leakage, identify leak points and apply waterproofing treatment

• Complete full toilet renovation: dismantle old fixtures, pipe fitting, tiling and sanitary ware installation

• Receive, sort and transport construction materials on site, keep work area neat and tidy

• Follow site safety guidelines and PPE regulations, cooperate with other workers to finish project tasks

• Carry out low-voltage electrical installation, cable routing, wiring termination for residential and commercial construction projects under SKM Level3 qualification standards

• Complete electrical equipment fitting, circuit testing, troubleshooting and routine maintenance to fix power faults efficiently

• Cooperate with construction teams on building site, conduct rooftop wiring & fixture installation matching PV mounting working environment

• Follow local electrical safety codes and site construction regulations during all on-site operational tasks

• Assist with preliminary solar DC wiring, bracket pre-assembly work for small-scale residential photovoltaic projects

• Utilize hand & power electrical tools proficiently, maintain tidy work site and complete daily work checklist as required
