Spearheaded the SAP transformation journey at one of Germany largest Sports and Fashion brands. Was involved in establishing the Roadmap, the Roll-Out plan, Scope, Resourcing Needs, Delivery Methodology and Delivery Assurance together with the customer's leadership team from the business and IT. The journey started with headquarter and later moved to the regional offices pertaining to Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA), Latin America (LATAM) and South East Asia (SEA), culminating in the first successful Go Live of the Pilot in Jan 2021, which is consisted of the Southern European countries, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Since then the program has included the Go Live of France, the Go Live of the wholesale distributor business executed out of Austria under the EEMEA regional entity, and currently, the focus is on the impending Go Live of Chile in Latin America region, and the Go Live of the Central European countries covering BENELUX and DACH. Also involved in extensive stakeholder management by driving the monthly account review meetings, and being part of the steering committee meetings as well as the quarterly joint C-level meeting.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Professional Services, was accountable and responsible for the operations related to recruitment, resource planning, and project delivery in Europe.

Solution Architect for the Global Template definition at one of Germany's largest sports and fashion brands. The Template started with Retail, covering both Full Price Stores and Outlet business, and subsequently, included Wholesale and eCom. Was accountable for the high-level and detailed solution design, in collaboration with the counterpart from the customer's side as well as the functional stream leads and business process managers. The design and build was with SAP S4HANA as the central ERP connecting to all the upstream and downstream applications that support the various functions such as Order Management System (OMS) for eCom, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for Inbound/Outbound logistics, Financial Consolidation and Group Reporting application, BI reporting platform to name a few. As the Solution Architect, was responsible for the end to end solution, ensuring the cross functional integrity, and most importantly, ensuring the solution being established was scalable and supported the business growth.

Accountable and responsible for the Offshore resource planning and delivery assurance of the offshore components in the global projects at attune, working directly with the Regional Professional Services Directors as well as the Program/Project Management teams from attune USA, attune Europe and attune India/Sri Lanka. Was involved in monthly scope and resource planning reviews, and weekly delivery status reviews to ensure the quality of delivery across the projects.

Was part of the Sales & Distribution (SD) stream, based out of attune Lanka office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, involved in SAP implementation, roll-out, upgrade, and support projects being owned and delivered by attune globally, being assigned to projects in Sri Lanka, India, USA, and Germany for multiple brands in fashion, sports and lifestyle, as a SD team member as a consultant and SD stream lead as a senior consultant, working remotely from offshore as well as travelling to customer locations during Design, Testing, Deployment and Post Go-Live Support phases.

Reporting directly to the Merchandising Manager, was responsible for the order intake and fulfillment of the Bulk orders for sports and fashion brands that Growth Lanka was servicing as a manufacturer based out of Sri Lanka. The tasks included calculation and negotiation of the FOB/CIF price per piece, Sample handling during product design, receiving the orders, order costing and calculation of Earning per piece, booking the needed fabrics and trims, overlooking and following up on all issues that arise in the supply chain and the manufacturing process, and also ensuring on time delivery, whilst being the bridge between the company, the factories and the brands' regional liaison offices.
