Project 1:
Worked as a Senior Analyst in in Customer Onboarding team that is part of GBSC Franchise Team at MasterCard. Franchise Development is core to all MasterCard business. The Licensing Team plays a key role in bringing card designs to market.
Roles and responsibility: -
- Managed cross functional team and stakeholder communication and oversaw product development from inception to implementation.
- Ownership and accountability for team assisting with compliance investigations by engaging customers through a formal communications process.
- Working with banks and financial institutions globally on growing card payment business.
- Handling the customer Onboarding process end to end and interacting with customers and stake holders. Resolving the customers queries and issues.
- Participates in the review and evaluation of management responses to audit findings, opinions and recommendations.
- Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external customers to identify and measure potential risk to MasterCard’s business.
- Providing end-to-end project execution for customer processing implementation projects concerning electronic payments processing business activities.
- Guiding customers through applicable MasterCard processing rules, specification and documentation.
- Managing dashboards and generating reports. Having effective communication with customer and resolving all the queries related to onboarding.
- Mentor and lead a team of 6 Juniors for RPP process, which include:
o Process management
o Conflict management
o Conflict management

- Providing consultation to the Account Managers and Customers on the licensing processes, new developments, and pricing related queries in a concise and timely manner.
- Process Improvement and optimization, Information sharing Champion role within the team.
- Training development, Customer, and manufacturers training delivery.
- Leading all the processes which include Service Provider and Merchant Onboarding /vendor onboarding along with its registration under Licensed Customers by generating KYC/due diligence report and making sure to report red flag in terms of OFAC controls.
Project 2:
Worked for commercial onboarding process which includes:
- Performing OFAC through creating KYC/Due diligence
- Customer/Merchant/ vendor onboarding
- ICA assignment
- RPPS ICA and BIN assignment.
- Assists with special reviews and investigations, monitoring activities, and completion of work for external auditors and/or regulators.
- Works with the Auditor-in-Charge (AIC) to ensure compliance with corporate and industry audit standards
- Reviews, prepares, analyzes, and interprets data to complete assigned tasks
- Licensing concierge process (New customer Onboarding) Consistently met customer's expectations by answering their queries and timely execution of projects.
- Working on Salesforce and including case creation, review, and approval of new contracts.
- Building up process details from scratch collaborating with Level 2 teams and defining the scope and maintaining the checklists. Able to raise tickets in Remedy Service tool for Customer's technical facing issues.
- Hands on experience in reviewing card designs and RPP globally.
- Worked closely with licensing team and account managers to resolve any licensing and card designs/RPP issues.
Project 3: Desktop Migration Manager (DMM)
Function: - CA IT Client Manager helps you increase technical and user productivity by managing and preserving user data, settings and preferences during hardware refresh, system upgrade, desktop recovery and other pc changes initiatives. It is one of the most comprehensive, integrated and extensible desktop migration solutions in the industry.
Roles and responsibility: -
- Worked on an automation product called “Desktop Migration Manager” (DMM), as a Developer using java and Java scripting.
- Was part of the 5-member developer team that provided Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 support for DMM, and facilitated its on-time global availability.
- Preparing Bug reports and updating/posting the bugs in bug tracker JIRA ,the professional issue tracker.
Project 4: - Kewill Move
Module name: - Master Data Management (MDM)
Description:
Master Data Management is a framework of processes and technologies aimed at creating and maintaining an authoritative, reliable, and sustainable, accurate, and secure data environment. The Master Data Management Solution provides an approach for managing master data such as customer, product, employee, locality and partner data and its complementary reference data such as product codes, country codes and foreign exchange rates considered as master data.

- Preparing Bug reports and updating/posting the bugs in bug tracker JIRA ,the professional issue tracker.
- Preparing daily and weekly issue report and error reporting ,bug writing and Test case writing.
