• Project 1: BCP Payment Services Directive 2 - Payment Services Directive 2 was a compliance change to implement open banking system and was issued by Bank of England to all Private banks. Business relevance was a step towards creating a digital single market which would transform the Banking sector therefore the requirement for strong customer authentication, secure communication and strict authorization rules. Also, included transactional card reissues to meet the requirements for the system to be implemented.
• Project 2: Cheque Image Processing - Implementing channels for new Proof of Deposit files received from RRD as Cheque Images rather than physical cheques which enabled reduction of processing time and made OTB (open to buy) application smooth. Business relevance was to reduce risk of cheques being damaged through physical transfer.
• Project 3: Customer Intimation - Enabling white glove customers of the bank to be able to receive personalized messages regarding special services depending on their interests. This was implemented by analyzing interest areas of the said customers as per the data provided by them to the bank.
