  • Lead the System and Software Architects and define work packages, guide/mentor them to define efficient/effective solutions for Automated Parking projects for VW group.
  • Effort estimation, Cost & Resource planning and defining premises to the customer requests.
  • Understanding the customer requirements and defining the concepts together with OEMs, Tier1 companies and other Subcontractors and aligning the same with internal teams.
  • Defining the direction to the team and harmonizing the architecture between various customer projects.
  • One of the key members, acting as a bridge between Bosch higher management and the Core technical teams in ADAS, to take the important technical decisions.
  • Training the team members and debugging/supporting the analysis of critical technical issues in the various projects.
  • Support and define the concepts to improve continuous integration and automate various steps.
  • Analyzing the AI Safety concerns, understanding the gaps from ISO 26262 and SOTIF, and contributing to define the Bosch internal process to develop the AI-based models.

Main responsibilities:

  • Leading the Experts, Product owners, System and Software Architects from various domains and defining the High-level Architecture in compliance with Safety (ISO26262, SOTIF), and Security (ISO21434) standards.
  • Understanding the customer requirements and defining the concepts together with OEMs, Tier1 companies and other Subcontractors and aligning the same with internal teams.
  • Defining the OS and SW framework, resource needs, event chains, and other core technical concepts for complex multi-core architectures.
  • Involved in defining the Secondary bootloader and Startup concept for Audi HCP2 together with Blackberry.
  • Defined the high-level architecture on QNX and have experience in debugging/analyzing the issues with Momentics.
  • Involved in training & designing the CCN models for Object classification and Parking slot classification.
  • Review and also contribute to the FMEA analysis.
  • Working experience with teams from different parts of the world (USA, UK, Hungary, Romania, Austria, India, China, and different locations in Germany).
  • Handled the project management, together with technical responsibilities, in critical situations.
  • Involved in the interviews/selection of the subcontractors and defined the requirements/work packages to them.
