  • Getting job assignments and working with ATS+HRMS name “Konnectco”
  • Working closely with hiring managers of different departments in India and getting assigned with different JOB ID requirements (IT & NON IT Requirements) with different roles which are to be filled within the time lines
  • Sourcing the profiles from different job portals and from referrals and then screening the profiles by conducting HR screening calls based on the job requirement and then scheduling the interviews with respective departmental hiring managers in our HRMS konnectco.
