Maersk is one of the biggest global ocean and landslide logistics providers - having stepped into the role of Customer Success Partner for Key Customers my aim was to improve and build my sales knowledge and data analysis skills.

  • Partnered with Key Account Managers on winning, retaining and growing business of 2 key FMCG accounts (top 100 FMCG companies worldwide in sales)
  • Developed strong, profitable and trustworthy long-term relationship with Key Customers from FMCG and Technology verticals
  • Responsible for 2 key FMCG accounts performance management - monitoring KPIs, data analysis, forecasting, reporting (increased customer performance by 20% in 6 months)

  • Created and executed business, marketing and sales strategy (B2B and B2C, inbound and outbound) - ran pilots in over 20 clinics (small, medium, large) as well as the biggest insurance company in Poland
  • Supervised customer journey, which led to to further product development based on customer feedback
  • Built brand awareness, leading external communication, creating and managing team (media coverage, presentations at national and international events)
  • Was in charge of foreign expansion plans and co-represented upmedic in acceleration programs like Healthcare Lab by Roche (won 1st prize 10K EUR) - established partnerships with leading european and american organizations for doctors
  • Obtained fundraising of 250K EUR in pre-seed round and 100K EUR from public grant for internationalization of SME- application creation and monitoring the project KPIs and budget.
