In my role as a Senior Associate Engineer, I provided technical support to multiple application teams and addressed server-level issues. My key contributions included:

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinated with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, communicated process changes in management level and ensured alignment between business objectives and processes.
• Spearheaded Automation & Process Improvement: Led various automation processes, such as yarn queue automation, HDFS quota alert trigger mails, Clustershell tool installation, Hbase stability, and the digital slot booking system.
• Change Coordinator: I approved users' CRs, raised CRs for internal enhancement, and presented them in management-level meetings.
• Managed Change Requests: Successfully implemented numerous Change Requests in both production and non-production environments. These encompassed storage allocations, server access related tasks, NAS mounting, yarn queue tagging, onboarding/off-boarding, Security matrix for ranger access as well as atlas tagging CRs.
• Handled Server Management: Proactively monitored and resolved issues in Virtual, Physical, and ESX servers.
• Oversaw Incident Management: Demonstrated proficiency in handling JIRAs, Change Requests, incidents, and service requests. Gained experience in BMC Remedy and was working in ServiceNow.
• Process Manager Responsibilities:
  -Asset Management: I played a crucial role in maintaining and analyzing confidential data like CMDB and ITAM assets.
  - Risk and Issue Identification: Identified risks and issues in daily tasks which benefited business processes and systems.
  - Improvement Strategies: Evaluated the efficiency and costs of established processes, developed improvement strategies, and facilitated their implementation.
